sleeves of golden roses

"a new beginning, 1953"
acrylic on masonite, 8x10"
---
One of my new pieces that is currently for sale in The Foxtrot Code!! I couldn't stop thinking about how beautiful it would be to be covered in yellow rose tattoos.
I hope to see some familiar faces at the artist talk on September 15th!
Have an excellent weekend, everyone!
P.S. - This is my three-hundred and thirty-third blog post!! haha!

Thank you so much for yet another lovely comment :) In reply to your question, I'm not sure if it is being performed in America yet but it may do one day. Its so good that you are going to see an old german opera! You will have to report back :)
Hope the moving went ok :)
I can't wait to recieve your picture, there is space on my wall already ;) hehe x

Thank you for your comment! It was very kind of you. I really like this picture, when I first saw it I thought they were lemons but then two seconds later they were roses. It is a truly lovely piece, your style is so unique!

And Madison, I like the idea of lemon tattoos. ;)

oh i love this! the colours and the concept are just great, and the femininity of the whole thing *rambles* (except that your artworks tend to make me want to rush out and get new ink done, which apparently i'm not allowed to do?)
