sunday drawing

Last Sunday, I did a drawing session at Mobius Art Space with some friends. They had several performance artists come through between noon and 8 pm for us to draw.
It was a lot of fun! El Putnam, the girl with the blue yarn, was my favorite.
Sarah and I!
This man was making lace. I had never seen lace handmade before. It's basically braiding with dozens of strands. It was incredible!
I'll post all the sketches I did as soon as I scan them.
I hope you all had a great weekend!
Love,
Amanda

I love the drawing! It would be a nice addition to my sewing room, hint hint, if you ever decide to sell a print ;) i like the colors and lack there of as well. Such a fun drawing experience, makes me want to practice my drawing and learn to make lace (because anything ridiculously tedious has my name written all over it!)

thanks Amy! I might be putting it in the shop at some point. I'll let you know if I do! :) You should definitely try lace making, it looked so fun and if you like tedious things, I imagine you would take to it quickly. :)
