a sketchbook I miss

Pages from one of my favorite sketchbooks: the beginning of '09, the winter months.
I get very comfortable in certain sketchbooks as though they are a room I inhabit, and I hate moving on to the next when one is done. Some never end up feeling as comfortable as others. This was a good one. :)

I feel quite motivated to start one, I haven't had a sketchbook since I was at art college..

I feel the same way! I always get a little bit sad when one is finished and a little bit anxious when I begin a new one.

When I was little and I kept journals and not sketchbooks, at the end of every journal I would write a big goodbye letter to it telling it how much I loved it. hahaha
