It may be years until the day my dreams will match up with my pay.

I made some peanut butter cups a few nights ago. I had no idea they were so easy to make!
You need a 12 oz. bag of semi-sweet chocolate chips, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1 cup peanut butter, 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar, and paper mini-muffin cups.
1) Melt half your chocolate chips on low-heat in a saucepan over the stove. Pour the chocolate into each muffin cup (I doubled up the cups to make them sturdy), coating the bottom and riding it up the sides so the whole inside is covered. Put these in the fridge to harden.
2) Mix peanut butter, salt, and confectioners sugar. Once your chocolate shells have hardened, fill each cup with the peanut butter mixture. Place back in fridge.
3) Melt the second half of your chocolate chips, and pour enough on each cup to cover the top. Place back in fridge.
And that's it! In about a half hour, you will have some very nice peanut butter cups.
I had heard that you could microwave the chips to melt them, but this resulted in very burned chocolate for me. The only thing that I found to work was heating them over the stove at VERY low heat.

This song has been very comforting to me lately:
I hope you're all having a beautiful weekend.
